User agreement

This user agreement relates to the use of the JENOPTIK training and support platform of JENOPTIK Robot GmbH.

 

1. The platform

This platform is provided by JENOPTIK Robot GmbH.

JENOPTIK Robot GmbH offers learning content and activities on the training platform. These learning contents and activities are made available to employees of external customers, but also to JENOPTIK Robot GmbH and its affiliated companies.

The support platform is for customers who have booked a corresponding service. The platform provides product information and help on how to operate our products.

Access and use are only granted to you if you accept this user agreement.

 

2. Copyright, rights of use and exploitation rights

You acknowledge that the information, texts, software, images, videos, graphics, sound and other materials contained on the platform are protected by copyright, trademark or patent rights.

The copyrights are held by the respective authors, the exploitation rights are held by JENOPTIK Robot GmbH or its licensors.

 

3. Use of the information and materials

The right of access and use granted to you on the platform is non-transferable and is yours alone. You are entitled to use the materials accessible to you on this platform to the extent offered (e.g. to view, read, print). This right exists exclusively within the scope of the official or business purposes for which you were granted access to the offers of the platform.

The purpose of use is limited exclusively to providing you with training or support services..

You agree not to reproduce, use, sell, transmit, publish or otherwise make available the materials for any other purpose. You also may not use the Materials in postings to newsgroups, mailing lists, electronic noticeboards, or the like.

 

4. Modification of the offer

JENOPTIK Robot GmbH may change, suspend or terminate the platform or parts or certain functions thereof at any time. Accordingly, JENOPTIK Robot GmbH may at any time restrict the use of and access to the offers in the platform as well as the duration and scope of use.

JENOPTIK Robot GmbH shall endeavour to keep any downtimes as short as possible and to ensure that all functions are available at all times.

 

5. Registration (login) and access code

By using the platform under these conditions you assure that

  • you will not disclose your identification and password to anyone,
  • your registration data is correct and complete
  • you will immediately correct any changes to your registration data in your profile.

You acknowledge that

  • you are responsible for any use of the Platform that is made using your identifier and password,
  • you must ensure that your identification and password are protected against unauthorised use.
  • you are obliged to notify JENOPTIK Robot GmbH immediately if you notice or suspect any misuse of your access data.

 

6. End of the right of use

JENOPTIK Robot GmbH may suspend access to the platform in part or in full or block your right of use (access with email-adress and password) if the g platform is used under your email-adress and password, either by you or by a third party, in a manner which, in the view of JENOPTIK Robot GmbH, constitutes a breach of these terms and conditions or which may otherwise result in a disadvantage for JENOPTIK Robot GmbH. If a user leaves the company specified by him/her in the usage data, Jenoptik Robot GmbH shall be entitled to block this user from the platform as well. With the deletion of the account the certificates will also be deleted.

 

7. Warranty and product liability

The content of the platform is offered "as is". JENOPTIK Robot GmbH shall not be liable for the correctness or completeness of the learning content or information offered and/or its suitability for a specific purpose.

 

8. Consent

When you register as a user on the training platform, personal data will also be collected from you and stored (name, e-mail, company, state, country, user name). Please read our data protection information.

By registering and using the platform, you give your consent to the designated data processing in knowledge of these explanations and the data protection information. This consent can be freely revoked at any time by JENOPTIK Robot GmbH by making a corresponding declaration to the administration of the platform. In this case, the data collected from you will be deleted and your access data blocked.

 

9. Severability clause

Should individual provisions of this user agreement be invalid or unenforceable or become invalid or unenforceable after conclusion, the validity of the remaining provisions of the user agreement shall remain unaffected. In this case, the parties undertake to replace the invalid provision with a legally permissible provision that comes as close as possible to the economic objective of the invalid provision.

 

10. Applicable law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
